hf non packet mode

I upgraded to ver. 3.98 and now ROC crashes when I try to go to NON HF PACKET MODE. Anyone know what is causing this? I tried reinstalling the program but that did not help. Computer is runnig Win XP SP3.

download and install the visual studio 2008 SP1 x86 runtime

I downloaded 3.99 and now everything is back to normal. I already had the runtime files. Thanks.

I had a major crash of my computer and had to reinstall everything. When I reinstalled 3.99 the same problem with non-HF mode started again. After reinstalling the Visual Studio 2008 sp1 x86 runtime everything is working again. I hope this helps someone.
